Anyone having issues with Text Free App?

I randomly started having extreme issues regarding the app and it now changing the number every time I refresh the page. Additionally, I tried to reset the password and it says password changed but it still only accepts my old password when attempting to log in.

No issues like that but sometimes it takes forever to get text to send other times it’s quick

I use both text free and text now …. Seems text now does a little better job

Is there a texting app that doesn't require install onto a cellphone?
