Can a provider who is on eecie just email their p411 information to one of the moderators to add it to their showcase or does she have to do it herself?

Providers do maintenance of their showcases themselves.

As Pistolero said, the providers a encouraged to learn to maintain their showcase themselves.

However, if they need assistance we are happy to provide it. Have her contact one of us and we'll proceed from there.
