Susan "Ratface" Rice wrote a recent NYT op-ed in which she accused Trump and Steve Bannon of stoking populism in Europe. That's rich! The real "stokers" are ratface and odumbo. Their failed foreign policies in Libya and Syria (from 2011 to 2016) are what triggered the tsunamai of refugees into Europe and fueled an inevitable populist backlash.
