Nashville advise?

I'm in Nashville for the first time and wondering whats to do and see here? What are some good resturants in the Cool Springs/Franklin area?
Welcome to Nashville! At least for restaurants go to www.urbanspoon.com they even have smartphone apps. They list all the restaurants in Nashville and give them ratings and show individual reviews. You can even sort through the type of food your craving and it will tell you the top rated places in town

You can also lock one or more of the reels of the "slot machine" if you want to restrict the results to a particular neighborhood, cuisine, or price point.

I know they have an app for Android (I've got that), I'm pretty sure they have one for Blackberry (I looked for the Android one after seeing the app "demoed" in a Blackberry commercial), and I'd be shocked if they didn't have one for iPhone. If you're interested in it, you should be covered.

If you don't have a smartphone, there's a link at the urbanspoon.com website to a widget that works the same way.

You might like Sperry's in Cool Springs
Apart from the restaraunts you got to check out the (ROME) kinda place (I guess it's somewhere in downtown) where all the college students hang out. It's one of a kind.

That's more a Greek kinda place (Heheheh... hey Beavis, he said "Greek") than Rome, but it's an interesting site. In Centennial Park, across one of the streets from the Vanderbilt campus.

About one-quarter of the hobbyists in Nashville are probably making appointments with their cardiologists to check on those palpitations...
