I need a different approach gents, massage?

my school has a five week class for massage therapy meets the requirements to test for a license at the end. I googled erotic massage, tantric massage, sensual massage trying to get an idea of how I could use it for another means of revenue aimed at clients who visit spas maybe. I want to stay safe if you know what I mean (le, etc.) do I get a business license? what kinds of tips can anyone give me? out of an apartment? or to a spa (yuck) lol.... how much do I charge. If a man relieves himself is that illegal. If I do it instead, it is illegal. Gents would you still see a gal if this is the way she rather conduct her massage business? I read it was illegal for nudity for the therapist or to wear arrousing clothing while massaging here in TX... Would it be better to offer massage with nothing occuring you would find in a spa at the end of your visit... I won't be expecting (pregnant) by the time I finish the class and obtain the license (side note). I was thinking anyway that I have nothing to loose taking the class at least I will know how to help take someones stress away with a nice massage. Take the class, the value of helping another person's health, mental or physical will serve you well all your life.

As for business...Heavy competition in that arena...Zen and Massage envy are 40/hr and don't everlook your operating costs of licenses and insurance...especially in your home.

However, a good massage therapist can get 85-100/hr and has a following that will kill for them.
Its about health, not about hobby.

I've never been to a spa so I know nothing about the spa game. However, I do know that in Texas courses that you get a license at the end is only done so if you take and pass the stae exam. The massage school itself allows you to build up hours that you need to qualify to take the exam. It also prepares you for the said exam. So, it is possible that you could finish massage school and not obtain a license. You will still have all of the knowledge, of course.

Without having a license you wouldn't be held to such high standards are LMT's. Of course, if you ever got tired of the hobby game and wanted to go legit, you would need to go back and pass the exam to obtain that license. Hope that helps.

hmmm good question im sure its illegal to do what they do at the spas.. or the hair and massage places but they dont talk about it ... they just do it... not sure the guys mind...lol. And the guys know that a tip is expected. Seems to me alot safer, but for me the fun is in finding and trying out the places just to see what ya get...

I'm still looking for someone that can give me a great massage. I had a girl, but she decided to become a Chiropractor and quit doing massages. I paid her $60 an hour and saw her every Tuesday at 5pm for 3 years. No extras were ever offered or expected. Most times I just want a good massage. Yes...a good massage therapist that is available without jacking the rate up for "extras" would be welcome. If I want to fuck or get blown, I'll go see a specialist in that field, but sometimes I just want a good massage from someone who knows what they are doing.

What is irritating, is getting in with a lady who gives a lame ass massage or body rub and then wants to upsell for extras.

Something else that's irritating is to finally find a hot chick who gives great LEGIT massage, just the thing I wanted, NO XTRAS, just the thing I wanted, and then have her sic her pussy on you, drain you, and shine you on, just the thing I wanted to avoid.

Most the Spas I been to have been 60 for the massage and 60 for CBJ and CFS. The spa massages are kind of weak but ok since the extras weighs it out. There is this one woman that is certified for giving massage that is amazing and gives extra activities. She beats all the rest because she knows what is doing and I feel like a new man after the massage and the extras is just icing on the cake.
