Also, Atchafalaya is good For breakfast, Lunch and brunch .
They are uptown on Louisiana street towards Tipatinas...
If you go further up magazine street toward the zoo, There is a place called New York pizza, You can buy a giant slice than it tastes just like pizza in New York.
Also Reginalies pizza is good. There's a location on magazine street, And they serve more than pizza..
And last but not least camelia grill, They are located in the bend near St. Charles and Carrollton ave.
Almost forgot Neyo's. They are known for Southern soul Food Fair.
I love their fried catfish and red beans and rice. It is located in mid city... So many good places to eat you will never go hungry.

Yes anything pretty much in New Orleans is gonna be top notch.... With the exception of 1 or 2 places that have went downhill.
They say dookie Chase is gonna be open more often since the owner passed.
Never got a chance to eat there yet but I did eat at Willie Mae scotch house and it was very good. I ate at the Saint Charles location.

you never call me but some of my very favorite regular folks, reasonable prices joints are Oceana Grill, Jacques-Imo’s Café, Mr. B’s Bistro, Red Fish Grill, Meril, Gumbo Shop/ 630 St. Peter, and on and on. Once I start thinking about it there seems to be no end. There are so many great places to eat, and most are exceptional, but there are some duds.
off the beaten path and new: when you get tired of all that gumbo and seafood
Manolito - Cuban food and awesome Cuban cocktails on Dumaine
Jewel of the South - a Nola style tavern on St Louis
Otra Vez - innovative Mexican on Julia
Meril - Emeril's newest on Girod
Gianna - Italian on Magazine
Maypop - Asian fusion on O'keefe
