Requesting Verified Provider Status

Dear moderators,

I'm requesting to be verified as a provider. I have the required 2 reviews as well as the advertising site where I've been advertising myself at. My 2 reviews are under 360fanboy and Funhabitsdiehard! My ads have been seen on BackPage.com under Ana and I just started using Ivy.

I'm really looking forward to hearing from y'all with hopes that my request will be granted.

Not sure where you got your info for providers status but here is what you do.

Submit your info to the staff at dallas@eccie.net

1. website address (your website or advertising site) (backpage is not acceptable as your website)
2. referral from another provider or hobbyist ( ask them to send us an email)
3. links to reviews from recognized members (any site)
