Whatever fave search engine you have (DuckDuckGo, Bing, Google etc) I recommend you plug in escorts Washington DC or escorts in Washington DC (for example) and go from there. Try to place yourself on the sites ranking within the first 3 pages (maybe even a little further).
The higher the site ranks esp within the first 3 pages is due to it's popularity in that given area.

Hi Winter..I would suggest checking the Virgina board on USAsexguide.com too. The DC board is pretty dead but consistent daily posts on the Northern Virgina link on the Virginia board are the rule. The board site is broken down by escort and massage btw. Hope this is helpful.
