First Trip to CR When they Open

I am in a few FB groups for CR and the best guess is late July before they open up for travel. A few of the SA forums have a guide to a city, for example Panama. The one I found is quite old 2013 I think. Would anyone know of a good one that is current for 2020 with things like places to go, places to not go, safety, vocabulary to know, etc. I have a decent vocabulary and I am working on my language skills with anticipation of going in August. Thoughts? Links? etc.
