I've been following that story. It's enraging that this guy is in jail with a a high bail for defending himself. It's all on video, so there's no question as to what happened. Sickening!

They should have never sent him to Rikers. They need to drop all charges against him. The whole deal is pretty infuriating to a lot of people.

Have to agree, if he didn't defend himself he would have been the dead one.
