Rub ratings likely scam

New add for rub ratings is a potential scam phone number is 806-302-4475. The person operating the number will give you an address. I parked at the designated location and asked for further instructions. The response was that I needed to send my appointment fee via cash app and then she would come down and get me. They/she “doesn’t handle cash”. I was certainly not comfortable with this arrangement. I cannot say that this is a 100% scam but unless you are willing to blindly send money to a stranger before meeting, I thought that I might save some other guys from making the drive.
