I submitted my info+reviews to the local staff 2 days ago and im waiting to be verified. how long does this process usually take?

Karmen...I have not received any emails or PMs from you. Truth be known, the email system can be sparatic at times, so please send it to me as a PM.
BTW, Karmen....this is a volunteer job. YOU, nor anyone else, do not pay my salary. It may take up to 48-72 hrs to reach a mod during vacation months. After all, we all have responsibilities outside the hobby.
