I would think his lawyer will appeal the ruling as cruel and unusal punishment. But fuck, would be one horrible day to be that shit kicker when the judge tells him the time he is getting.

I dunno, he was harrassing a family that had small kids and did it for years, seems fitting that he gets years behind bars, give him a taste of his own medicine.

The second charge, make sure the inmates know about that charge, he won't have to worry about serving years.
