Still Waiting Answer to Why Can Reach Some Encounters and Not Others

I can log into certain Encounter reviews and can get to one or two Encounter reports, but then am refused access to others on the same person described in an Encounter regarding the same person who is the subject of the Encounter report. SAYS I'M NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW. WHAT'S THE DEAL? WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? STILL HAVE NO ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION POSTED A WEEK OR SO AGO.

Because new encounters are viewable, and old reviews are not.
The link is there merely to provide a review count and a recommendation.
The format is changed and some things were removed from the template.
So you are never going to see them.

All reviews that were posted before the site shutdown are no longer available for viewing. Only the new Encounter Reports that have been posted after the site returned (weekend of 6/16 - 6/17) can be viewed.
