Everytime I see the worm scene in MIB, I wonder what the original joke was?

It was an old Johnny joke. Johnny is telling the class about his uncle's war wound. "He got shot right in the ass hole". Teacher jumps in, "Johnny you mean rectum" Johnny replies, "Wrecked him?, hell it damn near killed him!"
