Refreshments

As some of you may know eleganttiff and I will be having our fantasies fulfilled really soon and I am soooooooo excited!!! I really want this moment to be very accommodating as well as a freaking night to remember! I am stuck on a few things though where I can use some of you all opinions. As for drinks I decided to purchase water, beers, and wine but I am unsure of which beers and wine I should get. What type of music would you prefer playing soft in the background? Should I purchase a party tray(such as sandwiches)? if, any of you have any other suggestions please feel free to chime in any moment.
