Trying to launch a media startup need to find talent

Any advice on how to talent that truly enjoys their work, as the expression of true pleasure and joy are what I am interested in capturing.

Any recommendations, volunteers(compensated) obviously.

I am exploring San Diego in November. Curious of the type of talent you had in mind.
