411 - Tech Support...

Has anyone noticed that tech support is non-existent now?

I've emailed twice and nothing.....

Depending on your time zone, they may be offline for the weekend. I haven't looked, but usually there is an "online" or "offline" in the icon window for support. Good luck. dj8
