Any property owners/landlords out there??

Just thought I would ask,

I am currently looking for a place, in or around austin. At least 1 bed, around or under 1k monthly that will accept dogs.

Do I have any property managers, or landlords out there that can help a girl out? Maybe in exchange for a free monthly visit or something?

Please let me know!!! Looking for something ASAP or by June 25th at the latest.
