backpage WTF

Please somebody, Im new to this hobby so i dont know much and was recently about to meet up with a chick which i cancelled on within 30 minutes before appoitnment because she proceeded to tell me she needed the money i would be giving her to pay for the hotel she was at or she would be out on the street / doesnt have anywhere to go. Is this a common thing with the type of girls youll find on backpage or was this just different im kind of glad i didnt make it

I think it's a hit and miss. At least on eccie, you have reviewed ladies so you have an idea of what you are getting into. Of course, there will bad seeds everywhere you go. I say always go with your gut feeling and don't be suckered into anything. This hobby is for fun and you should feel no responsibility for anything but having a fun time with a fun lady!
