Now adding in rent at 30,000 (that's 2,500 monthly for one year) that brings you to 150,000 ,sign on bonus 2,000 that's 152,000.Now we get to advertisement, clothes , nails etc... maybe and just maybe an additional 70,000 that brings grand estimate to 222,000!
