Hi Kate.
You need to have Preferred Provider(VP) status to post an ad. However, you are allowed one "ad" in the welcome section if you are new.
How long has it been since you were posting? If more than a few months, you are probably OK to post one time there. But then you will need to get VP status to post any other ads.
