Best Barbeque in DFW

OK, this is sure to create a shit storm. But give us your nominations for best barbeque in DFW.

Yssup Rider gets a special dispensation to nominate Austin places to soothe his contrarian nature.

To try to make this an apples-to-appies comparison, try to break it up according to the following categories:

Big Chains - Places like Spring Creek with dozens of locations.

Small businesses - Single shop or maybe 2-4 shops total. Kind of like a family business. Try to restrict this to counter service.

Table service restaurants - Higher end places where waiters/waitresses take your order and bring your food.

You don't have to nominate one in every category.

Staubach and I liked Dickies... Preston Beltline

the best is right off my smoker in my back yard
Angelo's in Fort Worth is gonna be tough to beat by anybody. Peggy Sue's is excellent also.

Baker Bros. is good.

Red, Hot & Blue.

Sonny Bryan's.

Pappas Bros, out Northwest Highway.

I don't get Spring Creek's popularity. It's OK but their sides are lacking IMO.
Pecan Lodge and Lockhart's.................... ...................

I also like Mac's on Columbia Avenue.........

Lee's Hickory Smoked BBQ in Haslet. Hole in the wall joint, probably only seats about 20 people, but Lee puts on a good feed. The railroad and construction workers fill it up from 11am til about 1:30pm every day.
