Online Pre-natal Paternity testing???

I have a provider friend that is needing a Non-invasive Pre Natal Paternity test done. She has found a place to do it for 1,000 but wanted to throw it out here and see if anyone knew of any other options to get it done cheaper perhaps and online service where things are collected locally and mailed in? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
