Delete old PM Messages

I am not seeing how to delete old PMs and it is saying my inbox is full. Can someone help me out with this one?

When viewing messages in your inbox, on the far right hand side of each message is a check box. Mark the messages you want to delete, move, or download. At the bottom of the list of messages is a drop down box labeled "Selected Messages". Choose the desired action and click the button.

Messages in your Sent folder and any in private folders count toward the limit.
