Chat set up

I can not figure out for the life of me how to set up a chat account. I click chat and it brings me to a a log in screen. From there I input my eccie user name and it says invalid and tells me to register but does not give me a link to follow to register.

There is no chat account. You simply need to be logged in with your ECCIE account. You may be seeing some other type of error.

It ask for a user name, I enter a username and then it says please enter your password, or register for an account it only takes a minute. Yet there is not a place to put the password. I'm really confused. I really think maybe my chat is broken

Well there's your problem, your Flux Capacitor is out of alignment, ya see that hydro-spanner over there? Hand it to me, I got this.
