Someone described it as "rudeness in general".

Anything you find offensive is rude and I believe you can RTM any post you think is rude. But, like ALL the guidelines (which is why they are called guidelines, not rules), it is the Eccie staff's opinion of what is rude, and so is the mod action/inaction on that post.
