National Sandbox Forum?

There are more and more threads in the National hobby-related discussion forum which have nothing to do with the hobby. These are local "sandbox" type threads. Would it make sense to add a sandbox forum to the national section? People seem to enjoy movie trivia and economic discussions with members outside their local area, so why not make a space for this?

Let's let people show their personality and have a reason to check in with the board more often. Fun is good, and that is what we have in the sandbox!
