RE: this thread. Good to see ABC finally admitting what many knew to begin with.

As the article states, the purpose of the investigation was two-fold -- to investigate Russian meddling in the 2016 election and to look into possible collusion between President Trump's campaign and Moscow.

I think it was important to complete the investigation if only to look into the first part, Russian meddling in the 2016 election. From the start I said I doubted Trump personally did anything wrong. Some of his staff may have done some things that would be deemed inappropriate by many but hardly illegal.

The investigation has long since been "complete." It's been a fishing expedition with unlimited funding for over a year. After the Strzok texts came out it should have been over. At this point Mueller is just ruining people's lives with litigation costs and made up charges.
