How was this crawfish season?

Local eatery still offering it and I noticed it was dying off.

About a month back we had a party at brazos bend with 200 lbs and they were fucking monsters.

I have plenty of crawdads in my front yard. Big ones, too. They are usually 4"-to 6".

The best time is between feb. and apr.

the other day I got a juicy steak that was covered with crawfish tails in a butter sauce. now that is what I call surf and turf !
