Verified Provider vs. Verified Hot Provider

Maybe I haven't noticed this before but in looking at the showcase of the provider I just recently reviewed, she's shown as a Verified Hot Provider and checking several others I have seen, they are reflected as a Verified Provider. Have I just missed seeing this before or is it something new? Is it a designation that's paid for?

They probably edit their titles to say "Verified Hot Provider."

Those lines, including yours, are customizable

Go to user cp, click on edit options and you can be a Verified Hot Provider.

Thank you for that information although I'm a little surprised that ECCIE doesn't "control" since they determine verification.
