I Would like to know who offers the best True GFE?

I love a true GFE and everything that goes with it. I have not seen a lot of providers that are a true GFE. Some claim to be GFE but don't kiss or give BBBJ's or CIM. I am not too faun of CIM because I have my mind on other things and never remember to pull out and take the cover off and go at it, to me that is more of a PSE type.
