Remains to be seen. Check out discussions on national forum - no official word from mods, but good idea to get contact info from your favorite providers, just in case. TER has already removed its U.S. ads.

Kik is an app you can turn off and on so it can kinda go dark so conversations wont even appear.....

I really think besides twitter other ladies may need to start following others just to help try and keep ladies known.
