Planning a visit..... Tyler or longview?

So I'm looking to make a visit this weekend and I'm wondering which would be better Tyler or longview and which areas I am not sure if this is the right forum? TIA

Thanks for showing East TX some love. I am not too sure which would be better to go - but I personally am closer to Tyler lol

If you choose Longview you might get some of us over in the Shreveport area . That extra hour drive to Tyler one way is a killer.
