Apartments or town homes for providers who can't prove income.

I have a friend who is looking for a decent condo, apartment, or town home to lease long term here in Dallas. Can anyone cut down the amount of time I spend looking? I need help!!!!!

There's been an unusually high amount of interest lately in "provider friendly" properties.

Maybe I'm just too careful but if you happen to know about any of these locations STFU about it and don't offer any info.

The fact of the matter is, every apartment complex is provider friendly if you're not running a revolving dick door or pimp central.

You have to prove income for almost anything. So tell your friend to start proving it. Get a bank account, deposit 5K a month in it, save a few thousand cash and after six months apply for an apartment, bring your six bank statements and offer a few months advance rent, double deposit or both. Simple as that.

All this other fishing for info is unnecessary and puts everyone at risk.

That location list the other week was the same deal. I read that and couldn't believe it. Suddenly a private incall list goes into precise location list??? Smh! I realize it's in our reviews but to list ladies by their crossroads is not the smartest thing I've seen this week. Especially if you want to keep seeing them there.

I've asked for hotel suggestions, however I would prefer people to PM me with those suggestions. I won't stay at hotels that are named outright.

I've heard galleria area up there, in Austin it's usually the arboretum or domain areas, and near airport or medical center in SA. But these are general areas with multiple hotels.

Discretion should be very important to both the ladies and the guys and not taken lightly.
