Log out problem

ECCIE won't let me log out. When I hit the log out button it asks me if it's ok or if I hit ok, nothing happens.

When you log out you usually get a message on your screen that says "all cookie cleared" which appears on your screen for about 5 seconds and it says that for me even though I click on 'Remember Me'

I would suggest clearing your cookies and try again

I know what you are talking about but it won't let me her that far.

What browser are you using? If you know how, clear your history, cookies, cache, etc.

Then close the browser, re-open, and try again.

If you're using Internet Explorer, try using a real browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
