I am out in that area quite often and have seen several ladies in my time there. All of the providers I have met were traveling. The local talent seems to be scarce so out of towners are welcomed with open arms. Hotels can be hard to come by at times so try to book in advance. With that being said, try posting in their coed to express interest in going to Odessa to feel it out first and try to pre book as much as you can beforehand. These are all things I have picked up from the ladies I have seen in Midland/Odessa. I hope this is helpful.
