What is significance of “Ciao”?

I’ve seen a number of posts with CIAO across the pictures. Is this the photographer? The pimp? Or some other code?

That's interesting I've wondered this too and I have no idea what it means.

In addition to what Tuck said, CIAO is also a snapchat filter that was viral back in 2020.

On a side note, if you want to be really informal, use "Ciao, ciao!" which means "bye, bye!"
