Help For New ECCIE Provider

A former ASPD provider, who is not computer savy, has asked me to help her establish an ECCIE account. When I sign in from my computer ECCIE recognizes me by my IP address. How do I get around the IP address recognition so I can sign on and establish the new provider's account?

Can't you do it from her computer?

Thanks, but her computer is down because of hardware problems.

Not to be too simple, but have you tried clicking the "Log out" tab beside the "Search" tab on the main page and then letting her login.

You may have to delete your browser cookies. Or delete remembered passwords if you are using that feature of whatever browser you are using.

Thanks....the logout tab on the main page did the trick. I will figure this site out with time.
