There is a girl I'd like to get a lapdance from who dances at Cheerleaders and Spearmint Rhino. Am I likely to have a better time at one of those places over the other? Or are both not those places too upscale to have any fun.

Cheerleaders in my experience is way better value for high contact dances. You basically have to buy VIP 15 min to have any privacy at Rhino and even then the bouncers were hawkish.
