speed change???

ON WALL Street OR BI 20 does the speed limit keep going lower? Every year.?
Making that trip from Odessa to Midland a little longer! Went from 70 to 55 now 50? WHAT GIVES?

Ever since they had the parade with the train killed a few people on Wall, they have steadily reduced the speed limit.
