Cowboy: "Give me 3 packets of condoms, please."

Cashier: "Do you need a paper bag with that, sir?"

Cowboy: "Nah... She's purty good lookin'....."

Cowboy: "Give me 3 packets of condoms, please."

Cashier:"that will be $3 dollars and 24 cents

Cowboy: "Wait I thought condoms were a dollar each it should be only $3 dollars what the 24 cents for."

Cashier:"The 24 cents is for the tax ...

Cowboy: "Oh! Ok, so that's how you keep those darn things on ."
