Go to your inbox, each message can be deleted separately or at the list ck the box to the extreme right and click delete at the bottom. If that fails, yes ask Hillary!

The mobile site doesn't have that functionality. Scroll to the very bottom of whatever mobile page and click Full Site. Or just use a computer, that will be a lot easier.
