I have long admired the fitness queens and even the female bodybuilders. In my little corner of the world there are not any ladies that would be in either of these categories. But I do travel so I'd love to be able to recognize a name when I get to my destination. Who are the ladies on this board that would be close to either of these classifications?

Alyssa is being modest again. When you can look toned, defined, tight and be very fit in all other ways and still be very very feminine and sensual, that is exceptional. Would love to have posts from other women who are into daily fitness with a toned body or into fitness modeling or fitness competitions. There doesnt seem to be many outside of the ones mentioned but I am sure there are. Alyssa is so right to say it takes lots of daily hard work. I personally work with some gals and we use "deliberate practice techniques" to achieve an exceptional body.
