abbreviations

i am new here and i do not get most of the abbrev.
the simple ones i get
like bj, hj, f/s
and the fee scheds i dont get
like what is $$, and $$$

LAP

in the SC forum each dance = $20....so a fee of 5 dances = $100
a fee of 7.5 dances = $150
