Another Topeka NCNS

I was thrilled to see an ad for a reputable provider visiting Topeka that I've been interested in for sometime. We exchanged info last night and arranged to meet this morning. Alas at the agreed upon time she neither answered my texts or voicemails. Absolutely no response today from her. Depressing.
