Why cant I see my reviews

Why cant I read my past reviews it says I do not have access to it .

None of the reviews that were available on the site before our outage are available to anyone at this time.

They kept the links so that everyone's review counter would be accurate, but the text of the reviews isn't viewable.

Also I need my name changed its been a almost a year since I've requested to have it changed and I keep hearing yes were gonna do it and still it hasn't been done. I need it changed to Strawberry Chaos can u please help me do that here pretty soon
