New spa in Round Rock

I saw a new spa on North Mays St. (didn't have the exact address) next to El Rinconcito Mexican restaurant. it looks like a new place. Does anyone knows if it a full service spa?

I thought what the hell I'll take one for the team. I couldn't find a phone number so I just walked in. Let's just say it's on par with the new Rose Spa on I35 near Runberg. I'll try to do a report but I doubt this place will last long in Round Rock.
