An extremely well reviewed provider, with blurred face pictures, I'm trying to make arrangements with told me she no longer meets at a particular hotel or hotel brand. She said twice she was escorted out after her date met her downstairs to take her up.
I don't have any more detail but that is disturbing. Is this a real thing? Is this really happening? What the hell is wrong with this police state that they give a damn what goes on in a hotel room for an hour. Now I'm going to be nervous about getting my date upstairs.
Unless we know the brand hard to comment. Is this someone in Las Vegas? That seems extremely odd for Las Vegas, for any brand.

Boltfan is correct.
But instead of odd, I'd go with very rare as it does happen from time to time.
Sometimes a hotel outfit, or a specific manager grade employee at a hotel, is a bible thumper.
As an example I can name a few hotels in the Kansas City area that are no fly zones due to bible thumper management.
As you found out, the ladies are quite aware of what's going on at various hotels.
Consider asking the ladies which hotels would be cool for you to stay at.
If a lady has been 86ed from a property or Brand she can be arrested for trespassing if caught again at that property. I meet a casino girl outside of the Flamingo once and when we went in, she had to ride behind a slot machine as a security guard when by. Anyway she was a sweat heart and that is what she told me

Disturbing how ? Apparently the hotel knows enough to walk her. Prostitution isn’t legal in Vegas. She probably had issues with them before. Maybe she stole from a guest ? Who the fuck knows. I know I don’t want any of that.
I find it highly unlikely, in Las Vegas, a lady was walked from a major hotel brand for ONLY meeting a guy in his room not once, but twice.
Something doesn't smell right with the accusation.
I have seen security walk girls out that are way to obvious, IE.. Way over dressed (too sexy), not gambling, making eye contact with any single male etc. Plus i'm sure some may be recognized by security if they frequent the place. If a good looking young girl is in the company of some way older gent this may draw attention too.
Guys. This is Vegas. While Casino girls may get scrutinized, working ladies mostly are far more subdued that the typical club group in actions and dress.

This is rare if the hotel doesn’t already have run ins with the girl. But if she is know to the casino …..This absolutely does happen. Similar to a card counter that is trespassed. If they see them again and recognize them they will be walked. I personally know two examples. 1) Aria, knew the worker. Girl trespassed for prostitution/soliciting guests. Recognized again and walked again. Yes prostitution is illegal but also for the protection of the guest. They don’t want to be on the news as another hotel that a dude got their Rolex stolen in their room. 2) off strip casino. Knew someone in the reward center. Escort stole from a guest and got charged and trespassed. Apparently it was years later she probably thought they didn’t remember and she actual tried to get a players card with her ID. It was already flagged in the system and security was instantly called and she was escorted out.
I used to run strip casinos for a major operator. Vegas casinos are not in the business of being morality police. Usually to get 86'ed a provider would have to either mouth off to someone, aggressively solicit in the casino (or anything else where they are both making who they are clear AND bothering real customer) or get caught trick-rolling someone. I guess it's possible you get a bible thumper in a management position going off the reservation, but that is NOT policy to be aggressive in that way without some other issue.
So weird to see some of the same kc people on the lv forum too
