If someone does not vote because ID is required they have made their choice. We are either in favor of election integrity or we are not. Allowing non-citizens to vote in national elections is unconstitutional.
Local elections are different and I would agree with that if I reside in a community and pay their taxes then I should be able to vote there.
I would not have any issue with non-citizen active duty military voting in any election if you are serving the country you have a vote in my eyes.
On the subject of voter suppression right wingers seem hell bent on limiting or eliminating mail in ballots that is a much more direct effort than just trying to 'disenfranchise' voters

DN69, few people realize non-citizens can apply for an identification number from the Government so that they can pay taxes and such.
Added benefit to them is that it shows their residency and they've been pulling their share in paying up their taxes.
